Dr. Edward Anthony Negovetich, MD

I'm a bit of a train-wreck, myself. A SCI injury in 1980 left me mostly paralyzed from my chest down. A decompression and anterior/ posterior fusion (Cervical) the following year led to much greater movement in my upper extremities. Post injury accidents caused two broken legs and herniated discs in the lumbar and thoracic regions on my spine, additionally. My pain intensified upon a fall out of bed and a two-stop flight from Arizona to Indiana. My first visit with Dr. Negovetich, I was very impressed that he was familiar with two medicines that are used also to attend to mental deficit issues, as I understand, that were found to alleviate neurologic pain disorders, including spinal cord injury. Dr. Negetovich was also implemental in addressing the best powered wheelchair to provide a comfortable ride using a working full suspension on both front and rear wheels of the indoor/ outdoor powered wheelchair I received in July 2024. His expertise is unparalleled in Rehabilitative equipment… and Pain Management in my forty-four years of paralysis.

He wanted to push me to get injections to "fix my back" and after getting a second opinion come to find out the only way to fix it was a surgery. My spinal surgeon told me there was no other way to fix it. Negovetich made me suffer through months of pain and made me feel crazy when in all reality I needed a surgery he just couldnt do. Instead of actually helping his patients, he just wanted to make money off of them. Sad, pathetic excuse for a doctor!

It was a great experience. He lisented well to my needs, took care and thought in examination and subsequent testing

One of the few real doctors left in practice that 'I' have seen in the last 30 years. I appreciate someone who will treat me like a human being, not treat me like just a number or Oh she's on medicaid get her in n out as quick as possible.. It's not my fault I'm on it or have all these bone, spine n fibro issues. I'd rather be out working daily paying for someone else to be on it. Awesome doc n staff.

My husband had been advised to have extensive back surgery that would have left him partially disabled for life. Dr. Negovetich found a hip that needed replacement. Two months after hip replacement, my husband is no longer taking any pain medication and able to enjoy life again. We are grateful to Dr. Negovetich

He takes time with you, and really listens to what you are saying. During a hospital procedure, he puts you at ease and gently explains to you what is going on while it's happening. My favorite thing about Dr. Ed is he has a neat sense of humor. When you leave his office, you really feel that gave you all the information you needed and that as a patient, you are moving forward to getting healthier. His staff is also very professional and courteous.

Nothing to be said, but If you need testing for any sports related problem. Or is you think you have carpal tunnel or arthritis....He's the man to see.

Dr. Negovetich is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and curtious; He explained in detail my diagnois and therapy options. I was very impressed with Dr. Negovetich and his staff.
