DO NOT GO HERE! They schedule 6+ patients at a time starting at 7:30am but routinely start seeing patient after 7:45 and the delays build from there throughout the day. Staff is non-apologetic and blame the delays on Dr. Nelson showing up late every day. They call all six initial, 7:30 patients back to chairs 15-20 minutes late then the patients sit for another 15-30 minutes before being seen. Then they just fall further behind as the day goes on. This is the same every day! They have no respect for you time, so even scheduling the first appointment of the day, for a routine 10 minutes braces check will consume AT LEAST an hour of your time.

Definitely the best Dentist in the world. Couldn't be happier. Amazing staff and doctors. Unbelievable with my son and myself!! I highly recommend!!

Great dentist but orthodontist he is not. Assistants do almost all the work. If my parents are paying thousands for braces I kind of expect the trained and licensed orthodontist to put the braces on, not the assistant. Over three years with braces. All my friends have had their braces off and I'm still dealing with this. Also office does not call or e-mail to confirm appointments.
