I went into the office with 2 problems. One was an acute TMJ of the jaw and a baby tooth that was aching down in the bone which has never happened before. I had a 1/2 hr. of xrays they took and he spent less than 1 minute looking at them. He only had me open my mouth and put my tongue side to side. I never even got to bring up the bone aching on my baby tooth. He said "I have to go." Then he said go to my GP if not better. I had to call the office back and have the owner of the business who is a practicing dentist look over my xrays and she said she would see me for a FULL exam and not charge. Terrible at being professional, explaining your problem and the solution. He did none of these but he can charge over a hundred dollars for his part of the visit when he did nothing. I have gotten extremely worse due to his lack of treating me and finding a solution to fix the problem.
