Outstanding visit today per usual. The office staff is professional. I seen a nurse practitioner today and she was absolutely wonderful. She spoke plain and straight and I appreciate that Dr Pitt does the same thing he will even draw diagrams on the bed you’re sitting on to explain things, outstanding people.

He instantly made me feel more comfortable. My issue was not pleasant to share\discuss with him. He made me feel at ease, made a few sarcastic comments that made me laugh. An issue I thought was life altering he fixed\solved in 15 minutes!!!!

I dropped a urine sample for Dr. Pewitt to help narrow down the pain I was having in my urinary tract on a Friday (I only went to him because the doctor my general doctor referred me to had his schedule booked for a month). He told me that he would get back to me the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Today marks two weeks since he has gotten back to let me know the results of my sample. My life is on hold right now and he doesn't seem to have any concern about it. I've left several voicemails and have spoken to his assistants; to no avail I still have not received my results. Should have done research; apparently he has had his license compromised multiple times at his Mount Carmel location. Utterly unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

This physican has had his liscense compromised several times due to multiple law suits. Not only does this physican compromise the oath “to do no harm” he has repeatedly conducted high risk techniques without the consent of the patient. These techniques have caused severe and permanent life long damage to his patients. I would urge anyone to reconsider trusting this physican with his/her health.

I've had several procedures completed Dr. Pewitt, and each time, he has performed an excellent job! His staff are very supportive, and the most outstanding part is that he takes ample time to discuss patients' concerns!! Because of this, he runs late for his appointments, but it's WELL worth the wait. I'm over 70, have had numerous surgeries, and he's absolutely one of the finest surgeons I've ever met!!

He is a very good doctor. I hve had two surgeries with him. Excellent results both times.

Dr. Pewitt explained the Da Vinci method well to my husband and I as did his colleague Dr. Jeff Carey. Dr. Pewitt came down to the surgery waiting room afterwards to personally talk to me about how my husband's surgery went. In the Post operative appt. he was equally informative We would highly recommend him and Mt Carmel West Hsopital. The nursing care was also outstanding. The Da Vinci method of radical prostate surgery led to less time in the hospital and a faster recuperation.

I have nothing but praise for Dr, Pewitt. He is always patient, knowable, informative and positive. I never feel rushed. I feel that he is an outstanding urologist.
