I love the doctor but the staff is so rude and don't expect calls back!

Terrible service!!! Please save yourself time and headache and find another office!! Dr. is good but support staff is absolutely horrific and rude!! Super condescending when you try to follow up and or advocate for yourself! A Dr is only as good as the rest of his office. I had read another review back in 2012 stating the staff was horrible! I felt since it was such a long time ago I am sure things had changed. NOT SO!! took almost two months to get an appointment for NO result. They will not advocate to pre auth anything for you and you will never be able to speak with the DR after leaving the office. You are left with communicating with nasty assistants that do not care to help execute the success of the Drs orders with your insurance. Save your time, look elsewhere!!!

He is the best doctor I have ever had, he sees my whole family and they all think the world of him as do I.

An excellent doctor, both in bedside manners and know how, but very , very bad support staffs. Making an appointment is like pulling tooth, much more calling the designated nurse for clarifications or questions. You make a phone call today, expect 2 days after to receive a call back. Dr. Politoske, you are a very goood doctor, but can not stay with your care under those conditions. Malpractice lawsuits is a matter of time, it is not "if" it is "when", unless your office procedures will have a dramatic change.

I have been seeing Br. Politoske for many years. He genuinely cares about my well being as I am very active with hunting. He is always concerned with my cholesterol,blood pressure,PSA count, etc. My wife and daughter are also now seeing him. Dr. Politoske has a wonderful bedside manner and I highly recommend him.
