With Dr Pong it is in your best interest to stay away from this physician that lacks skills. On our follow up visit to Address the scarring he caused he stated he should not have done surgery that day he was in morning, he has just buried a friend. WOW honest but what a screw up. Stay away

I only saw dr. Pong for a short time, not a full "real dr. visit". He performed a liver biopsy on me and so my time with him was short. But in that time he was nice, asked questions about myself. Explained what was going to happen during the procedure and continued to talk with me during it. Even answering my question (out of curiosity) how many biopsies does he do in a year. Once done he did leave promptly but i chalked that up to him being busy, he had said he'd done 8 biopsies the day before. Nursing staff rotates for whoever is available (i was at baylor Scott and white in plano) but they were very nice and spoke with me as well. All in all a good impression for me.

He was not nice at all, he had a temper and was very aggresively defencive. i strongly do not recommend him as a doctor!
