Even if you bring xrays from your dentist, he insists on taking his own panoramic xray ( $75 ) ... my husband even went with a new panoramic from the general dentist ... they'd sent it electronically ... and they insisted he had to have another one. He refused to use injections without epinephrine, which I have an allergy to (I left, since he refused). He has no where to spit out the topical anesthetic and says to swallow it. Rude. Next surgeon I went to instead had no problem using non-epinephrine injections, and used xrays I brought and was 100 times kinder. Unfortunately, my husband decided he would go back because he'd never had a problem, and now we're paying for an unnecessary panoramic again, not to mention it seems wrong to expose someone to unnecessary radiation. Office very old and smells like mildew. No neck shield for xray lead apron.
