Rude lazy arrogant ignorant front desk staff. Wouldn’t give you the time of day. Stay way from this despicable excuse for a dental office. Terrible reputation for upcharging and pushing expensive unnecessary procedure on you.

It took month's to schedule a teeth cleaning appointment. I unfortunately had to reschedule the appointment due to an out-of-town emergency. I called to reschedule and the receptionist told me she would call me back to reschedule but didn't. I had to call back every week for 3 weeks, each time with them stating they would call me back to reschedule (but still never did) and each time, in a demeaning manner, stating "you know you failed to make your appointment, right?" (as if they were implying that they weren't going to grant me a reschedule because I had to reschedule the last one). Or maybe they weren't eager to take me back because I now have insurance (where I used to pay cash, the first 7 years).

This office — and specifically Dr. Edward Rosen — is money hungry, has bad service, does bad work that doesn't last, overcharges, and don't take responsibility for their actions after the fact. Dr. Rosen himself never does any work, he subcontracts all of the work out to different dentists. Bad experience several times, choose a different dentist!

Dr. Ruben has been my dentist for 10 years. He and his staff are excellent, professional and caring. I recommend this office.

This is my first time trying to see a dentist in 10 years... I set my appt up at 9am, get seated in the dentist chair at 9:30am and wait in a room all by myself in a chair until 10:30am... I walked out. trash service.

as a patient of Dr Rosen I did not expect to be charged for a consultation with the periodontist in his office. amazing! $150! not even applied toward the procedure.
