Dr. Edward J. Rossario is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon that has been in professional clinical practice for fourteen years. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Medicine with multiple honors and research distinction, he attended the New York Medical College for specialty training in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is presently managing partner of Coastal Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center and has the distinction of being an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Florida State University School of Medicine. His expertise includes arthroscopic reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and knee, as well as minimally invasive total joint replacement arthroplasty of the knee, the hip and the shoulder. He is also one of the few FDA approved physicians in the world today that performs the Oxford partial knee replacement. Dr. Rossario is also proud of the fact that he extends free orthopaedic care to the under privileged, particularly from under developed …countries like Honduras via the Light of the World charities. He is very much looking forward to extending his clinical expertise and compassion in the field of orthopaedic surgery to those in need of a highly qualified orthopaedic surgeon.

I like Saturdays at Coastal Orthopedics. My total time there was about 30 minutes! I have been to Coastal previously, for my shoulder and for back pain. It's always a pleasure to see the doctors there. I have a follow up for my knee in 3 months. Dr Rossario is trying injections before jumping into knee replacement.

Dr Rossario and his staff are fantastic. Met with Erin today for my two week follow up after surgery and had staples removed. She explained the process that was taken to replace my knee, she was there during the surgery. I did a lot of research before having the conformist done. So happy that I chose Coastal orthopedic.

Alaina brought me in for a follow up visit for my right knee. I told her the gel shots seemed to work and I can walk better. However, my left hip was giving me pain, an ex-ray revealed bursitis. Doctor Rosario gave me a cortizone injection. He was professional and kind. Office staff, Nurse and Doctor are compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Coastal Orthopedics.
