One of the first things we did was determine that I am not bipolar, and the first thing he did was prescribe me a medication for bipolar depression (Latuda) that caused me extreme drowsiness. He told me I had to go to work so I drive impaired for a few days before coming up with my own solution of taking it at night to minimize the effect. He tried to up the dosage but I couldn't tolerate it. He's since prescribed me Viibryd and Klonopin and taken me off Paxil. I have anxiety, panic attacks and OCD and have been dealing with vertigo and stomach issues for weeks. I've been to him 8 times. Last time I asked why I was on Latuda and he said about trying another medication - I giggled it quick and saw it was another bipolar medication. I asked him why he would't prescribe me something specific to my condition instead. He only wants to prescribe the newest thing instead of what is meant for my conditions. He asked me what I want to try. I want to try another psychiatrist.

This guy loves to push his "drugs of choice" regardless if they make you feel better, worse or the same. And he's not shy about prescribing multiple medications at the same time, some of which are HIGHLY addictive. It's all about the money, not the health care. Highly arrogant demeanor and certainly doesn't listen to his patients. Stay clear unless you want to feel worse than you already do...
