Professional, caring, knowledgeable. Been going to him for many years now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good family doctor.

Dr Rybka takes exceptional care of our family. He is compassionate and also very competent. I always feel comfortable with the care he provides us. It’s nice to have a doctor that really cares about you as a person

When I started going here 6 years ago dr rybka was amazing would call back promptly follow up personally with me after I had heart surgery with cardiologist. Within the past year he seems distracted , distant , frustrated and doesn’t care anymore. Not sure what’s going on with him maybe it’s personal but you can really see it’s messing with his patient care. Switched doctors to someone who can provide the proper patient care.

Dr. Rybka has been my doctor for about 5 or 6 years and has always shown the expertise and care necessary for my needs. He follows up for every and any concern big or small. He explains things well and thoroughly. Dr. Rybka takes time to show interest in the patient and has good bedside manner. He is intelligent and professional.

Dr. Rybka is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and takes his time explaining things to you.

Dr. Rybka failed to return my phone call about a negative mammogram, instead having his staff read the results over the phone to me. When I complained about this behavior via the portal in writing he released me from care. I have to have a breast ultrasound and have no family doctor to oversee my case. I've been with Dr. Rybka for 4 years, and he was enraged that I critiqued his behavior. He is thin-skinned and unethical and unprofessional. To release a patient in the midst of a health crisis is terrible.

If you CARE about spending your healtcare dollar wisely & HOPE to get decent care, avoid at ALL costs. Seriously!! Rude & incompentent. Rude can slip by, incompetence, never!!
