Arrogant and he did a lousy job. The office staff is about the same. Avoid.

Dr. Schaeffer is an excellent specialist. It was a huge luck for me to be treatten by him and his team.

Dr. Schaeffer performed successful surgery and gave me unprecedented personal care afterwards. He took my personal phone call at 5:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning and kept in touch all day to make sure I was OK.

The biggest mistake we ever committed was take my uncle to this Dr. He totally misdiagnosed his condition and unfortunately he died within 3 months of being under Dr. Schaeffer. He was unapproachable, arrogant and incompetent. We were thinking of a medical negligence claim, but thats not gonna bring a dead person back :(

Dr. Schaeffer is an excellent urologist who has treated me for prostate cancer. He performed a couple of biopsies and then successfully removed my prostate robotically. I experienced minimal pain post operatively. He or one of his residents visited my every couple of hours to monitor my recovery until I was discharged. The nursing team was excellent as well.
