Dr. Shadid is very compassionate, listens and thoroughly explained every step of my procedure. Within a day, I was pain free and active again! Highly recommend Dr. Shadid

Poor listening skills and insists he knows my pain level and where it originates from. I have had multiple injections without any relief. It seems like he makes appointments just to have the insurance company pay him for doing practically nothing. Office staff is rude, but I expected that since they are located in Edmond.

This doctor will string you along for maximum insurance payments for months and will still not treat you. He plays games with your health. Unethical at best. Do not waste your time with him, he is a detriment to the medical community.

I have always felt welcomed, respected and valued as a patient. Sometimes just a kind smile can make such a difference. Thank you! I also suggest that if you have any reservations or concerns, to respectfully share them with Dr. Shadid. I hope you may find this helpful.

He is such a disappointment. I think he got more interested in the spotlight of politics. He has lost interest on what he went to college for..."Medical'. I have set hours in his office. Then he rushes in and out. And one point he didn't even see me. Had someone else in his office to do it. I also found out, he just flat out lies. I would not recommend him.

To sum it up, He performed my neck surgery after the second attempt. Should have seen first attempt as a reason to run. After the surgery I kept having problems and asked for an MRI. He kept saying everything was fine and just performed injections. After a year of suffering I went to a neurosurgeon and he told me the discs never fused. I had to have another surgery to fix what he didn't want to take the time to look at. I would never recommend this man to anyone. I would have given him zero stars, but that wasn't an option.

Dr Shadid has a wonderful staff and has an even better working understanding of the newest and most advanced Orthopedics procedures. He was able to show compassion and has continued to work to help resolve my continued long-term health issues of my cervical spine. I would recommend Dr Shadid to anyone who is in need of Cervical Spine surgery or who has issues that other Doctors have not been able correct your problem.

i was laying on the bed face down, in severe pain awaiting for injections in my neck. and waiting and waiting, staff said he was upstairs at his apt on the 18th floor and he was probably or could be taking a nap. people in the lobby was getting furious. it took 3 hours from the time i walked in until i left, injection time 5 minutes

I have very little use of my hands now thanks to this "monster in disguise", so here's the short of it...-constant change of staff.-staff lies for Shadid, never knowing what is going on..nor do they care.-Shadid NEVER remembered anything about my problems, although I continued to go back every few mos after spine surgery!-Shadid got angered extremely easily, to the point that I had to begin bringing somebody with me to my appts. I was scared of the man!-Shadid told me to go home and do my own research on treatments that HE should have been explaining to me.-When I came back for follow-up appt and decided against treatment, this would anger him. It's all about money!-Every appt ended up with me in tears. He humiliated, embarrassed me, was rude and arrogant...and I was the one he left in horrid pain with his sloppy surgery.-Why didn't I leave sooner, right? I was scared, in horrible pain, and worried I'd end up with someone worse than him!-6 yrs later, I'm getting ready for my 2nd… surgery on my spine to fuse levels that he missed and to reconstruct the levels of my spine that he messed up. Hopefully, with my new neurosurgeon, which Shadid is NOT, I can find out what it is to be w/out horrible nerve pain for just one day & spend more time w/my child...I don't know what that is anymore. I honestly do believe this person likes to watch others suffer. Weigh your options people! Please!
