Dr. Edward M. Tarka was born and raised in New England and attended Syracuse University for his undergraduate training. He received his medical training in Chicago, Illinois, at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, and completed his surgical residency at St. Joseph Hospital, an affiliate of Northwestern University School of Medicine. Dr. Tarka is board-certified, a Fellow of the American College of Foot …and Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. He is the president of Eastern CT Foot Specialists and currently practices in Norwich, CT, and North Windham, CT.
