Dr. Edward Kang-Tze Tsai, DO

He has been our family Doctor for almost 8 years, We always leave the office knowing we were taken care of.

Dr. Tsai is a nice person. He listens to your problems, spends time with you, tries to help you. He seems overwhelmed by his patients at times. Also, does not keep up with health news or about sickness going around the area. He put me on medication for my high blood pressure but changed medication ( next office visit) to see if another would work better. I ended up in the hospital for the night. Now, I am on the right meds.

I'm pretty certain this doctor discharged me as a patient based on my credit rating. I have health insurance but don't make a lot of money so only visit a doctor if necessary.

I have had about 6 doctors my entire life. None of which told me I need unnecessary tests such as ultrasounds for stuff that I don't have issues with, chest exams when my lungs are clear, just goofy stuff that I myself after seeing so many doctors getting bloodwork many times and also have surgery a few months ago which means I was screened for my health for the surgery. I found dr tsai to be very nice, observant, and not fast paced ( as some doctors are) but too quick to order unnecessary tests on a healthy person. What does he think I'm rich? Not sure if I will go back and see him but I for sure wont be going to get a ton of tests done for no reason, with clear bloodwork and great health!

He's a great do he asks all kinds of questions. He very compassionate and not one just to stick u on pill to fix it..

Dr. Tsai is a professional, caring physician. His office is very modern. He has never rushed my appointment; I always feel that I am a top priority with him. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai.

Dr. Tsai is unique in my experiences with past doctors treating me for minor sport injuries. Opposed to masking the problems with pain killers and ignoring treatment, like I had experienced over last 8 years treating same underlying issue. Over the coarse of less than a year I am not in pain and not on pain pills. He achieved this in my opinion by listening to me and my ailments and communicating progress or no progress to find the treatment that heals.. Thank You Dr. Tsai!!!

I read the comments for the office staff and I can't believe it! The office has always been nothing but kind and considerate. I have been a long time patient and I know of which I speak. I put 4 stars on the wait time but sometimes it is a bit of a wait. The reason for this is because Dr. Tsai takes as much time as needed with each of his patients. Regardless, he is more than worth the wait.

dr tsai is a decent physician but you will leave his office irritated. his front dek receptionist doesn't have an ounce of warmth in her and her office skills are seriously lacking. i have excellent insurance covereage, however, they have messed up twice now with my billing information. sooo, if you have a month or two to spare on getting reimbursed from his office then you will enjoy your visit. also the wait times are increasing every visit. the last appointment i made, i sat in his waiting room for just under an hour. i now have a new doctor.. nothing against dr tsai but his office staff and nurse made me go somewhere else.
