I couldn’t even give this doctor a chance because the front desk receptionists were so rude and unprofessional. In a place you are supposed to feel comfort you are greeted with attitude, irritability and no compassion whatsoever.

I have NEVER seen a more incompetent, unprofessional staff in the medical field. If I did not like my Doctor as much as I do I would never go back. The two Doctors that practice there need to take a look at what is going on because if they don't they will lose most of their patients.

The wait time was minimal . The doctors and staff are very polite and knowledgeable.

Worst of the worst! Unprofessional team all around. No follow up on my care plan. I have been prescribed meds but they refuse to get prior-auth from insurance. So I go w/o meds. They refuse to get hospital records stating they don't have authorization when Dr is on staff @ hospital & I signed release. They don't return calls. I have witnessed verbal altercations between staff & patients while other staff laugh in hallway & Dr ignores. You can hear arguements from waiting rooms. I was told for almost 3 months they were working on completing leave paperwork only to have to get outside intervention from insurance company. Patients are treated differently, told different things constantly! They misplaced my faxed documents, tell me to drop off, then misplace those. My records are lost/incomplete. They repeatedly tried to charge me for services that were not billable due to the contract w my Insurance & per my Insurance!

Have gone to doctor since he opened his office. Last month got a royal runaround to find out he thinks I should go to see someone else. The office staff is so incompetent it isn’t funny. I needed form sent to my insurance and after 3.1/2 weeks they submitted it and it was not filled out properly. Couldn’t get my medication because of it and it is a drug that cannot just be stopped. The office staff and the doctor don’t care. If Ididn’t call them I would not know anything. I wanted a appointment and they said it takes a month. This is something new. My advice is don’t start with them because they will drop you with no notice. Terrible service and no compassion.

I will give benefit of doubt to the staff that they are poorly trained/managed...but they may just also be incompetent. From extended phone calls, calls not returned, reports not sent to other Dr.s, lab results not read, etc. poor staff info and responses. It was terribly difficult to get an app't. Tried 6 times over a two week period. Finally having to have my Insurance carrier call (also several calls from them) to get the office Mgr. to concede that they were in the Network and bound to accept. Unbelievably POOR!!! Dr, was pleasant but over 40 mins late and in a rush. Did a very minimal cursory chat. Never went through a thorough exam for my Annual Health visit. If you don't care about good health care, or will accept mediocrity... then be forewarned. I wish it wasn't so and that i did not have to suffer through this experiences or have to call the office out.

Called and was put on hold, then they hung up on me. I redialed and someone answered and hung up on me on the first ring. I called one more time and was sent to Voicemail.
