I had a horrible experience during a recent visit with NURSE EDWIGE DJASSA FNP-C and I believe other patients should be aware before seeking care from her as I strongly feel that patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy. I want to caution others before booking with this nurse. Nurse Djassa was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She talked over me, had an attitude and completely refused to respond to my questions at one point when I asked about my medical history. She pushed back from the start and I had to argue with her to help me. Witnesses had to join my appointment and one of the witnesses was the one who listened to me, answered my questions, and explained everything to me. My interaction with Djassa felt rushed, disrespectful, and resulted in an anxiety attack during and after my visit. I would strongly caution other patients against being seen by this particular nurse. No one should have to fight to be taken seriously when seeking care.
