DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. This has been one of the most harmful and traumatic medical experiences I’ve ever had. I am writing this to warn others. I came to this doctor after Felice Dental (Canoga Park) and Dr. Aaron intervened and opened a tooth that did not require treatment. I was then referred here expecting competent, professional care. Instead, the situation escalated dramatically. After this doctor’s treatment, my condition worsened severely. I developed an infection/inflammation that required multiple additional treatments afterward (not one — multiple). I ended up needing urgent medical attention, including an ER visit, where doctors had to change antibiotics and stabilize me. This was no longer “normal dental discomfort” — it became a serious health situation. What made it worse: the doctor refused to take responsibility, dismissed my symptoms, and would not properly acknowledge what was visible on imaging. When I raised concerns and asked… him to review my X-rays, I was met with denial and hostility instead of medical professionalism. In my experience, he either did not understand or did not appropriately interpret my radiographs, and he refused to discuss obvious findings in a responsible way. The communication style was also unacceptable. The doctor was aggressive, raised his voice, and created an intimidating environment rather than providing patient-centered care. Because of what happened, I ultimately required further corrective treatment elsewhere, and I later had to get a crown placed on a tooth that never should have reached this stage. This has caused ongoing bite/jaw issues and long-term consequences that I am still dealing with. I have filed a complaint with the Dental Board. I strongly urge anyone reading this: verify carefully who you trust with your health, ask for copies of all records and images, and get a second opinion before allowing any irreversible procedures. Also, based on my experience, the overwhelmingly positive tone of some online reviews does not match what I personally encountered here — please do your due diligence. I strongly do NOT recommend this doctor or this office.
