As a combat veteran, who was diagnosed with PTSD many years ago, I can honestly say, Dr. Hoeper is by far the best doctor I have seen. He truly cares about is veterans and making our lives better

Doesn't take the time required. Was no help at all for me. Would not recommend. Herds them in and out like cattle.

He has really help me with my condition. He got right to the point with my insures, much better than the VA.

Dr Hoeper genuinely cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for monthly for nine months. The drive takes 2 1/2 hours each way. Prior to seeing him, I felt as if doctors were prescribing medication without really understanding my situation and would readily refill a sleep aid even when I said I didnt need any more. Dr Hoeper has adjusted my medication dosages, removing a few and replacing them with others that actually work to heal brain functioning. I continue to make the long drive because after six months, I began to feel a difference. Thank goodness for well educated, up-to-date, and caring physicians such as Dr Hoeper.
