I would post pics but idk how to do it on here but I got Botox in my forehead last Monday and and on tue I got a headache. the next day (wed) and got a shelf between my eyebrows and had tons of pressure I contacted the office and they were very rude both Cindy and also Elizabeth which are the 2 that work in the office dr pound told me if I had any problems he would get me bk in that week they scheduled me to come in the next week the headaches continued and the shelf got bigger on my forehead literally it looked like a shelf sticking off my forehead I called them bk and left a message for them to please call me back that was on Thur still no call and at this time my pound had hurt every since that Monday finally Sunday I had to contact a primary care dr and bother her on Valentine’s Day with her family because I was in so much pain with pressure and headache. She told me that he put too much in or it could be a reaction or both to just try my best to treat the headache is all I could… do. I emailed the office at dr pound again on Sunday and still have not heard back and now there is a dent in my forehead where that shelf was..... I DO not recommend them at all! If you want to see pics you are more than welcome to email me and I can because I have taken them from the beginning of the process. I am looking into further options on what to do this is not how a professional medical office should handle situations like this!

Had the bags removed from under my eyes and in the process he pulled my lower lids down so bad I looked horrible… He did a reconstructive surgery to repair this and was unable to I looked worse… The office manager is horrible she does not return your calls she will not answer your calls and she took 4 1/2 months to schedule My Second surgery… I had to go to another doctor to correct my eyes… Don’t mean to be negative but I just want people to know my experience. It was horrible

Dr. Pound did my breast reduction surgery 6 months ago. I can not express how life changing, for the better, this has been! Dr. Pound is a excellent surgeon!!! He even called to check on me the night of my surgery. My breasts not only feel great, but look great too!!! The scars are almost completely unnoticeable!!! Dr. Pound's staff was very helpful in working with my insurance to pay for my surgery, frustrating process and very appreciated. It took time, but so worth it!!! I highly recommend Dr. Pound for breast surgery.

Dr. Pound and his office staff are very professional! They were very accommodating with my schedule for appointments and surgery date. I highly recommend Dr. Pound for breast augmentation.

Do Not Go Here!!!!!! Elizabeth is so rude!!! The office Manager Elizabeth is a racist!!!! She gets very loud and high style. I can not believe such a prestige's doctor would have someone of her personality and demeanor running his office!!!! Very Ghetto!!!! I had to cancel my consultation and go where else because of her. Doctors have no idea what goes on behind there back while there working hard to keep patients happy and business running!! This is so sad..........

Dr. Pound was recommended to me for his TUBA breast augmentation. No scars on the breast! I love that I have no scars on my breast!!! He put the implants in through the belly button! I HIGHLY recommend this breast surgery! Dr. Pound and his staff were friendly and informative

After years of suffering skin infections, back, neck and shoulder problems, Dr. Pound's office got an approval from my insurance company for breast reduction surgery! I am almost 1 year post op now, but from day 1 after surgery, I feel sooooo much better! This breast reduction surgery has changed my life for the better! I can't believe I suffered for so many years! Wish I had this done sooner! I feel great, no more pain and suffering! Thank you Dr. Pound!!!

I was not unhappy with the surgical part of my surgery but extremely unhappy with the financial portion was handle. I was to have a second follow up surgery and was told I was all set except for charges at the out patient clinic. The day before the surgery I was informed that if I didn't agree to pay an additional $2,020.00- to Dr Pound my surgery would be cancelled. I was so upset that my husband paid it that day so I would calm down. The follow up went well but after talking to my brother in law who is also a doctor and he said he believed this was very unethical I would never recommend this practice t anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Pound for several years now. My first procedure was a cosmetic surgery which I am extremely happy with. So, I have continued using Dr. Pound and his staff for all my cosmetic needs including Botox, fillers, and facials. I also just started using the skin care line they carry in the office. All of these I am more than satisfied with. The staff is always helpful, professional and friendly. Another plus is I never have to wait past my appointment time. They do their best to get me in and out quickly.
