He sucks!!! Such a condescending fool. He jumps to conclusions without knowing all of the facts. DO NOT waste your time with him!

Had surgery performed on both feet with this doctor. Poor communication and disinterested. Never looks directly at you when he speaks and is very snarky with his response to questions.

Really bad experience over a period of many, many months. He did not read physical therapy reports, MRI notes, and kept recommending test after test when issue was surgical. I lost time, money and had to deal with pain much longer than needed. I had to switch doctors to have good care and a subsequent surgery. Avoid Dr. Sebold.

I expected alot better response from this doctor. I deal with rheumatoid arthritis symptoms and had a tissue on my left foot bothering me sticking out in which he gave me non surgical information then said he could do surgery but may have to clip part of my joint to get the tissue out where it was sticking out. On the left foot I was having problems with my toes separated and he acted like he couldn't perform surgery that it may make ot worse but yet my foot is hurting..if you cant perform surgery to fix something then why are you even a practicing surgeon is a general question I have. He did explain my xrays correctly bit other than that he didnt give me any real resolution and had no bedside manners..I had to reschedule an appointment with another doctor.

The absolute worst follow up care imaginable. Thanks to firing this doctor and doing research from other M.D.'s we found the right physician for treating a traumatic ankle injury. Can not rate a - Star rating. Do not seek this surgeon for treatment unless you want to lose a limb when he can't commit to follow up options to save it for you.

Wow. Just wow I’m at a loss for words . I’ve never experienced such a terrible doctors appointment .This man thinks so highly of himself. Good lord he thinks he is the most knowledgeable doctor in the world . He proceeded to inform me that all the other doctors I have seen are dumb and don’t know what they are doing. He tells me he is the expert and no one else knows what he is doing . I was reading these reviews before my appointment with him and was appalled . But I decided maybe he was just not having a good day when seeing those patients, but listen to those bad reviews they are true. No bedside manner and I mean NONE, extreme arrogance, and very closed minded. If he doesn’t see anything wrong in your x-ray or MRI then nothing is wrong and it’s all in your head . Or that is what I was told , it’s all in my head although every other doctor saw something very wrong . Good god this man needs a life and I wish we could put in suggestions to fire someone . No matter how much education… someone has doesn’t make them good. I hope this man is fired soon or quits his job and leaves . I have always hated ortho Carolina but wow NowI despise them and their doctors. And will never come back.

My son who could not walk a year ago due to a soccer injury had surgery and received 5 screws and a plate in his foot just ran a half marathon last weekend!! Dr Sebold was professional, knowledgeable and efficient everything you want or need in a doctor. I can not thank him enough for his service.

I recently was referred to his office due to my current doctor not scheduling surgery for a family emergency. I had all my records sent to his office. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and didn’t listen to where my pain and what treatments Inhad already been through. He saw that I previously had been treated by a podiatrist and was quick to inform they are not medical doctors and listed all his training I’m guessing at an attempt to tell me why he is better than my previous doctor. He seemed to have his mind up before he even walked into the room to see me. I felt like that was all he cared about and not what was going on with my ankle and the 6 months of previous treatment I had received at an attempt to correct my ankle pain.

I have never written a bad review in my life, but thought I needed to warn potential patients away from this doctor. As you can read he does not read PT reports & MRI notes and seems disengaged. One appointment he even came in and did not know which side was my injured ankle after coming to him for several months. He seems to not care about his patients or their ongoing pain. I ended up with a secondary injury due to his dragging out the treatments for my initial, acute injury. I have no confidence in Dr. Sebold, please see someone else. Anyone else. They have to be better.

Dr. Sebold’s office was able to accommodate an emergency appointment and schedule surgery the following day for my husband. Pre-op work-up and surgery were completed in a timely manner. Dr. Sebold’s communication about the procedure and follow-up care was clear and delivered with thoughtfulness. We are appreciative of the efficiency and professionalism he and his staff showed our family.
