Dr Soto and his staff are very caring and compassionate. Dr Soto never makes me feel rushed. We talk about health concerns and what is happening in my life. He is very thorough. I highly recommend him!

He is the BEST doctor I have ever seen. We have been going to him for years and he does everything, we rarely see other doctors anymore. He sees all of my kids, he does skin care, general, weight loss, botox, and even wound care!!! AMAZING DOCTOR!

This Dr has HORRIBLE bedside manner, always talking over me and not paying attention to my needs and concerns, he rushes in and out of the room and is always pressuring me to begin weight loss consultations with him..of course he is after $$.

I walked in without an appointment, head in my hands, tears in my eyes and vomiting. I was escorted to a back waiting room with couches and they could turn off the lights because I was a walk in. They tried to make me as comfortable as possible til a room was available and when it was quickly rushed me in and diagnosed with a sinus infection. 3 shots later and I was a a new person. They def. went the extra mile for my comfort and patient needs!

As a nurse myself, I have had the opportunity to work with physicians and I must say.... This is in my opinion is the very best!! I have two sons that have horrible anxiety over any type of injection and now after having "Dora" draw blood and give injections they are fine! This office is very pleasant and will work with you in any way! They are the kind of people you want to entrust your family's well being to.

I was unsure about Dr. Soto at first when I saw all the Lipo signs and such on his windows, I thought it was a weight loss clinic but my insurance had him listed as a family practitioner so I said I would give it a visit and see. Well I am so glad I did! He was fantastic in every form. Quick, friendly with sense of humor, great bedside manner, informative to the point of understanding (I can't stand doctors that expect you to have a degree as they do), and he has 24 emergency service on call, he is avail at a nearby emergency care clinic on weekends, and he just has a caring manner in how he treats his patients. I loved his practice so much that now I, my husband, and our kids see him. He is the best! In addition I love his staff. They are upbeat, nice, professional yet with sense of humor and very helpful. I give the staff 4 stars as well as Dr. Soto. His amazing wonderful nurse Dora is the only person in my life that has given me shots and with her calm attitude and knowledge I can… still remain calm (I panic and hate hate hate hate hate needles.) Seriously I do not know how she does it, but from panicking to the point of tears my whole life to calm and no panic attacks has to be something. Whatever the case I just love her too. So all in all I give Dr. Soto and his amazing staff the highest rating possible in all aspects and I can honestly say... I have never had a Dr. and his staff all surpass my every expectation and needs all in one. It has always been one or the other, except at Park Lakes Health.

Fantastic! Dr. Soto has shown our family on more than one occassion his wonderful skills, personal attention and professionalism. Staff is the best! Would definately recommend his nurse "Dora" to anyone who has anxiety over blood draws, immunizations, etc. She is the smoothest!
