This doctor is thorough, goes above and beyond, and actually takes the time to talk o people and hear everything they have to say. Very fast with follow-ups and giving you results of tests (hours, not days - never seen this before). Calls you to make sure you understand the results. Helps you with follow-ups with other doctors and procedures.

Dr. Efrat Lobel is great, especially for me as young woman. She spent even more time with me than I expected and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person and when she prescribed somewhat harsh antibiotics she gave me her personal contact information to contact her throughout with any concerns. When I did have issues she was prompt with her replies and again spent longer with me (on the phone) than I would expect from any doctor. She makes you feel like she really cares and she's known you forever.

Dr. Lobel is a caring and professional physician. She always allows sufficient time to talk about my health issues, and works with me to find the best solution. She makes timely phone call contact and is available by text and email to answer questions. She is simply the best doctor I've been to.
