Heartless, impatient, uncaring, and arrogant! I would not recommend.

I've been to numerous doctors with my daughter who was diagnosed with a fatal disease, my son and myself. This office is horrible! Yesterday (7-22-19) I called and spoke with the receptionist and told her my son needs refills on his medications and the pharmacy in Johnstown where he goes to school needs another script from this office. She brought up his information and said she has Rite Aid in Mt. Pleasant as the main pharmacy. I told her no, we deleted that before because he goes to school in Johnstown and they deliver it to him. I told her to delete it again and use Westmont Pharmacy. She said OK and she would take care of it. Today (7-23-19) I find out from my son his medication wasn't delivered. On a whim, yep, she didn't delete it and it went to Mt. Pleasant. Also, my son needed paperwork filled out for school. This office said to drop it off and pick it up a week later. I did exactly that. I picked it up, went home and saw the doctor didn't sign in one place AND… didn't fill in his medical #'s. An entire week and still wasn't done. Also, my son had to have a shot before he began school. I called and made his apt. and told the worker he needed the shot and made sure they had it there. She checked and said she would write his name on it - she reassured me they would have it for him. I take him to the appointment a few days later and THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! These are a few examples of numerous things that happened here. Trust me, if you value professionalism, integrity and pride in your work, this office IS NOT where you want to be. When my son comes home on term break, he is going to a new doctor. My heart goes out to Dr. Leonida Sr. Having this practice go down hill like this is so sad. They promise to do things right, but sadly, in my opinion, they don't care!

I am not quick to judge a professional but I have seen a few red flags. 1, I've seen 3 different doctors over my last 4 visits. 1 of the doctors prescribed me medication that helps control an issue of mine, then the doctor I was given my next appointment tried to take me off of the medication. It's frustrationg that the only positive change they made in my view, is the one thing they are trying to remove. Also I was in the hospital bc of a work accident. The ER Dr gave me Percocet to deal with the extremely painful mouth injury I sustained. After Dr Leonidas visit I learned I'd be there overnight, and when I ask for something for pain, I was given Tylenol per Dr leonida. Now I realize that you must use meds such as that spareingly, but given Tylenol for the mouth injury was hard for me to wrap my head around. Dr leonida is not a bad doctor, but I feel as though his associates don't listen, or care. It's one or the other. I'm extremely disappointed.

Acted like they were annoyed.

Dr. Leonida Sr. was wonderful and had control of his office. He has retired and Lindsay Mulhorn is now there. I will not get into personal details, however, in my opinion, she is horrible. She does not apologize when a mistake is made (on the office staff's part), has terrible bedside manners and (in my opinion) does not seem to have her heart in her job.

Gives out meds like candy and don't tell anyone how to takes them so you don't get sicker and looks at the computer to much and don't talk.

Sad excuse for a doctor! ARROGANT & UNKIND!

i was admitted in the hospital for a alcohol problem and with his help it has been 2 yrs sober. he gave the confidence that i could get better and i did, i great big thank you
