Dr. Efren A Moreno, MD

I had a Jayplasma procedure on my thighs with Dr. Moreno two years ago. I burse quickly, and not seeing any burse on my thigh made me think the procedure was not done. He only charged me for it. As the weeks turned into months, I never saw any improvement in my thighs. I kept asking Dr. Moreno for the before and after pictures to compare my thighs. He kept showing pictures of my upper body. I told him you took many pictures from different angles, and you can’t even show me one of my thighs. This is crazy. Dr. Moreno is completely incompetent, and he is not caring for the patients only to make money.

Dr.Moreno is the best there is!!! He listened and put my anxious mind at ease. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. I trust and recommend Dr.Efren Moreno.

I had a septoplasty with dr. moreno 2 years ago. After the septoplasty, I had severe tissue scaring inside my right nostril which caused the right side of the bridge of my nose push out. It looks like my nose is broken now. Also, I developed a small bump on the front of the bridge. Im not breathing well out the right nostril either. I went to a doctor in Houston to get a second review, the doctor showed me the inside of my nose with a camera which revealed 2 large holes in my septum due to dr. morenos septoplasty surgery. the houston doctor also said dr moreno may have fracture my bridge which has caused the bump on the bridge. dr. moreno knew i had 2 holes in my septum and did not tell me when i complained about my breathing. he is completely incompetent. the doctor in Houston told me that is one of the worst septoplasty surgerys he has ever seen. The doctor in houston said the holes were to big to be fixed and I would have to deal with the problems for the rest of my life. when i… told doctor moreno about my holes in my septum, he completely ignored it and changed the subject. he tried to say that this happens in septoplastys sometimes. dr moreno is a complete idiot.

I got breast augmentation with him. He did a really bad job. I had to go to Dr. Robert Young in San Antonio for a revision. Moreno did so bad that Dr. Young couldn't promise me that he could fix them. They are not perfect because of the bad job Dr. Moreno did but Dr. Young did great. I regretted choose Mr. Moreno for my breast augmentation. I regretted not started a law suit against Dr. Moreno because in my opinion he did a malpractice.

I went to this doctor only one time. My general doctor referred me to him. It was a terrible experience. I had tendonitis on my wrist and hand. Right away, he told me I needed surgery. But, I told him I would think about, but that I was in great pain. He told me he could give me a steroid shots to help with the pain. I agreed, not knowing what I was getting into! The Dr. Told me it was going to hurt a little, I asked if he was not going to put something to numb it a bit, he said no. Well let me tell you, OMG, he just stabbed the shot into my wrist and it hurt so badly, I saw stars. Oh, the pain was excruciating. Then he put another on my upper had and it felt the same. It left a bump to this day on my hand. And, I can vividly remember the sound of the needle hitting my bone. I left the room in a daze. I couldn't believe what had happened! Never again will I go with this doctor. This happened several months ago. I can't believe he's a plastic surgeon. There's no way I'll have surgery… with this doctor ! Terrible, terrible experience

I had hand surgery on Aug.29th at Doctors Hospital and I am very satisfied and happy with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Moreno is a 1st class surgeon and I recommend him highly. We do not need to go to San Antonio to see a surgeon, we have him here in Laredo. His staff is just wonderful and very dedicated to ones need. I am having a second surgery on my left hand and I would not change Dr. Moreno for any other surgeon. He is the best here in Laredo.

I would love to express to other perspective patients my experience at his office. Upon researching Dr. Moreno, I was disappointed not find any reviews online. After visiting his office, I decided to go ahead with my surgery. Even after having to reschedule, he was very professional. My surgery went wonderfully and I am ever so happy with the results. I was very particular with the look I wanted, of course! Even weeks after the surgery, he made plenty of time for post-op. His staff is excellent!! Very informative and also spent the time with me that I needed and desired. Excellent experience and I am very happy!!
