The staff decide not to accept digital proof of insurance. They want the actual card. Well that is illegal and blue shield agrees and contacted them as well unsuccessful. A complaint against this doctor was filed with blue shield of California and hopefully they’ll drop this horrible doctor from their list. I would even let these people walk my dog

Terrible!!!!! Saw a NP, Albert Liu, and instead of helping, he added anxiety because he wants to get me off meds that Ive been taking since 2005. He wanted an appointment every two weeks!!! Ive through three psychiatrists and none of thrm pressed me the way a NP did. Half an hour is too much time to waste when they have their own personal goals.

Dr Yacoub is in the business like a merchant that sells products that have people coming back. With an MD, he has his front desk personnel and NPs not waste a single extra minute of time within the 3-5 minutes that they have, they need to prepare for another another patient that waits for its 3-5 minute “care”. Neck and neck with time, Dr Yacoub’s office is about no talking or interrupting his money making mill. Serious investigations are imperative in putting this office back to legal standards. I would advice that prospective and current patients understand the basis of this malfunctioning machine that has a doctor manage an office based on his wizzardly pop up diagnosis and follow ups in minutes and treatment; after that Patients are rendered and trained to be silent. His office is a Quack Quack office that needs authorities to see behind his MD license- behind his curtain.

P today informs that a doctor, “Spends an adequate amount of time with a patient and asks targeted questions that enable him/her to at least try to figure out a diagnosis and treatment plan.”. How can this be possible if the np or doctor spends less than dive minutes with a patient because he has a whole waiting room full of patients? Many red flags here, no communication is permitted unless you want to get that annoyed look you get from the fromt desk. You are sub human at this office, even more if you attempt to talk about your mental illness. Look elsewhere, save yourself the loss of human dignity as well as receiving the wrong meds.

I saw an Intern at the doctors office and was prescribed an anti-depressant. Three days after starting the meds I was experiencing unusual side effects and called the doctors office out of concern and had a friendly conversation with whomever answered and was told I would receive a call from the nurse later that day. Two days after that, not having received a call, I called again and left a message this time. No return call ever. I subsequently called 3 weeks later to cancel my scheduled appt. and still hadn't heard from them. This was an awful experience that I would not wish upon anyone
