I had my surgery 7-19-2019. I went in to have my breast implants removed because one had ruptured. HE advised strongly that He also do a lift while I had the implants removed. The TOTAL PRICE quoted to me was $6,000.00. He said my Medicare Insurance would only pay $200.00 do I must pay in advance of my surgery date the amount of $5,800.00. I did pay the $5,800.00 in full before my surgery. After my surgery I received a statement from Dr. Mustafa's office showing my payment of $5,800.00 and a $200.00 payment from Medicare! Two months later I received my Medicare Quarterly Statement showing my insurance paid $917.50 NOT THE $200.00 HE SHOWED ON MY STATEMENT from Dr.Mustafa. I called him and requested the difference of $717.50 be refunded to me. After he talked in circles for over half an hour HE REFUSED saying that would be fraud. NEVER TRUST THIS MAN......I AM FILING A MEDICARE FRAUD CASE AGAINST HIM as advised my Medicare and my attorney. Watch your money.... He will lie to get extra… money from your insurance and hope you do not notice that your insurance PAID more!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mustafa is definetly my favorite doctor. He explains things to you and his work is extraordinary. I love him so much. He is like a god to me. He made me feel so different after my breast reduction. He is the best in the world
