I love Dr. Boroughs she was at office I had her there.But went to her new office.I was not happy about that.I try finding her and I did I am very happy and I hope she never leaves again.

I was looking forward to having her as my Dr. because of the good reviews on this site. Not so sure I can count on these now. I was dropped as a new patient and told it was because I cancelled 2 appointments but rescheduled. And one time this Dr. actually cancelled one of my appointments. Went back for my rescheduled appointment and was told at that time after signing in that she had dropped me as a patient? I am still scratching my head over this one. What gives a Dr. the right to cancel their appointments with you if something comes up but I don't have the right to cancel mine and reschedule? Also, the office staff is confused at times which isn't good if they can't keep your records straight.

Easy to talk to, and has diagnosed difficult things quickly....hands down the best.

I am a new patient of Dr. Boroughs and have only had a new patient appointment and, today, my annual wellness exam. I am most pleased with her down-to-earth manner, her informative and educational style of practicing and her thoroughness.

I am looking for a female doctor in Hixson area. Heard good things about the doctor but frankly could not get over the rudeness of the nurse on the phone. Still looking.

I've seen way to many docs in my life. Dr. Buroughs is one that is willing to say that is out of my scope;& I don't know. That kind of doctor is INVALUABLE. Most of the specialists I see have a hard time saying that, they choke on these words.Admitting that they don't know is hard for many of these doctors. IF you find one that can say this HOLD ON TO them. It is very important to find one that can meet your minor needs as much as your larger needs.

Dr. Buroughs is the doctor for my 83 year old mother. Dr B. has a wonderful manner and takes her time with Mother. Dr Buroughs is very thorough and listens to my mother's concerns. I would recommend Dr Buroughs to anyone with an elderly parent or who is in need of a compassionate, caring doctor.
