Dr. Eileen Mary Cassidy, MD

Dr. Cassidy is so very rude. She has an awful bedside manner, which is something she should really have when she's touching our private parts. She has always made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I have no tolerance for pain, and she always treats me like I'm a child. She degrades me and several other friends of mine who see her. Find a differnt doctor if you are considering being a patient of hers. The ONLY positive thing about going to my appointments is Nurse Shay. She is the sweetest woman. I will miss her, but I will not miss Dr. Cassidy one bit!

I've been seeing Dr. Cassidy for about 7 years and have been very grateful for her care as my ob-gyn. She's delivered two of my babies and performed my d&c after a miscarriage. With my first child, she quite literally saved his life and because she was so quick to act, he was spared any brain damage and is a happy and healthy almost four year old. When I miscarried, she was not quick to reccomend surgery and tried to let my body pass everything naturally, which it unfortunately did not do. She personally called me when she heard I had miscarried just to check on me. She offered to stay late one afternoon and do the d&c, even though it was her stepdaughters birthday, but I decided it could wait until morning so she was there very early for us. With my second child, she was patient with all my fear, since I'd had a miscarriage, and delivered my second baby via c section on her own birthday. So I'd say she definitely puts her patients first, since she works in holidays and birthdays,… without complaint (at least no complaints to us, ha!) I've referred several people to her and will continue to do so! Her nurse, Shea, is very nice. She's very straightforward so as long as you don't get your feelings hurt over any little thing, you'll love her and appreciate her honesty.

I saw Dr Cassidy and nurse shea and personally dealt with the administrator after the nurse chose to put me in my place over a kind request to resubmit my insurance claim. Dr Cassidy ordered a test and incorrectly coded it and refused to correct it. The nurse was condescending and implied I was a liar and trying to commit insurance fraud and when I asked to speak with Dr Cassidy to clarify the test was indeed discussed as necessary for weight gain and mood issues I was told "she doesn't do that and I don't have time to go back and forth with you" You are not ever allowed to speak to the dr even when something said in the office with just you and the doctor is called into question. This is a business...a very lucrative one filled with doctors and nurses that care more about being right and putting people in their place and running them through as fast an painlessly as possible. I had no problems until I had a problem and then everything this office did was questionable and… ethically wrong. Be careful. I was a patient who needed help and they could not have cared less. Luckily I requested my records and can, at the very least, handle the incorrectly coded claims myself. I can't get back the wasted time, energy or lost hope in medical providers.

I've been seeing doctor Cassidy for about ten years. I have had many serious issues and she has been fabulous through all of them. Referring me out when necessary but still being there for me as well. My first child is due Ina. Few months and I am so glad I will be able to have her. Also Shay is truly amazing. Best nurse ever.

Have been seeing Dr. Cassidy since 2009 and am on my 3rd pregnancy (one being a miscarriage) since starting to see her. She is absolutely amazing, well worth any wait you may have.

Dr. Cassidy seemed very knowledgeable. The exam she gave me was thorough, which is the only reason I even gave her two stars. However, she was absolutely the rudest doctor that I have ever seen. I was very disappointed in my visit with her. I felt that both she and her staff were unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to see her.

I am so glad that I started seeing Dr. Cassidy five years ago. She has delivered two of my children and will be delivering my third! She is always patient and encouraging. Very easy to talk to! Shay is an awesome nurse and so very patient and kind. I am so grateful for them both!!

Dr. Cassidy was my OB/GYN through 2 pregnancies and both her and her staff were very nice and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered and follow-up questions regarding tests or questions for the nurse were answered promptly. I always felt important when I was there and two years later, she still asks about my kids when I go for my annual visit!

Dr. Cassidy is a very caring doctor and easy to talk to. Knowledgeable, pleasant personality and does not rush as so many doctors do.

Dr. Cassidy is very sweet. She's the best OB ive ever had. my only complaints are that i asked her about circumcision and breast feeding and she had absolutely no answers for me. It was a little bit of a downer. Who else do you ask about that stuff besides your doctor?
