Horrible experience. She showed up aftr 40mins of me waiting for her in the room. Was rushed... She listened to my lungs and kept talking at the same time, felt like a formality. I'm not sure she even wanted to hear anything. I wasn't asked to change for my exams, she just lifted up clothes as needed. Very unprofessional. I'm a 37 yr old female. Pls don't waste ur time with her.

Acts very busy during appointments and barely listens to you. If you have another concern during an appointment she won’t address it and forces you to make another appointment. Very disappointed in her care.

She really listens to you and is very helpful.

When she is not in the office & you need a refill on pain pills which are not narxotic you are treated like a inferior prson by other Dr assist, & you are not called back after she said she would have the Dr she works with to call you. I am in constant pain & inoperable. Otherwise I have not a single prob. with Dr Cheng or Amy who runs the office.
