Dr. Eileen E Cravens, MD

Dr. Cravens was rude and condescending. She didn’t listen to my concerns. She refused to do any tests. She made me feel like I was making it all up, which I was not. I later went to Dr. Rofail and had a completely opposite experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see Dr. Cravens.

In my experience, Dr. Craven was rude throughout the appointment. She was very dismissive of my symptoms and interrupted me repeatedly not allowing me to explain or describe my symptoms. I would not recommend her to other patients.

Rude, condescending, patronizing. Told me how fat I was, need to exercise (on a torn meniscus?) and nothing I said was listened to, was shaking her head at me from the beginning! Said that the problem with society was being overweight (size 10) taking too many meds and not exercising. I went there for a solution and help. Don't go to her! Awful!

I can't believe the review I just read about this Dr. not living any longer than this person's mother. Wow. I had a colonscopy this morning by Dr. Cravens & I have nothing but wonderful feelings towards her. She was kind, courteous, considerate & had a wonderful bedside manner. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who asked me for a Dr. in this field.

These other two reviews sound like the patients were just ready to be angry, no matter what doctor they went to. Someone who threatens a doctor's life over the internet is not someone whose advice I would trust.My experience with Doctor Cravens over the several years that she has treated me has been nothing but good. I appreciated that she told me what was wrong with me and didn't dumb it down or gloss over the facts. I'd much rather have a knowledgeable physician who is confident about how to proceed then a doctor that hems & haws about my diagnosis.Dr. Cravens was nothing but helpful, and friendly. I also appreciated the friendliness of the office staff. They took a great deal of time explaining the process of a procedure I was having to me as well as making sure I understood all the instructions I was to follow before I came in that day.Thanks Dr. Cravens!

Ms Eileen Cravens is one of the rudest doctors that I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. She has patients that are going through life altering changes, and have to deal with serious life or death situations. This kind of doctor SHOULD be extra considerate and make patients feel like there is hope. Instead she made my mother feel like the biggest fool in the world, and did something that is harmful to her health. She stopped my mothers hep C medicine because my mother wasn't feeling well. Well if you read this Ms. Cravens let me just say...If you would have gotten to know my mom even the slightest bit you would have known that she felt this bad before the medication and after the medication. She just needed a professional doctor(which is not you) to tell her that everything will be ok. I swear on everything Ms. Cravens, if anything happens to my mother because of your medical neglagience I will not only sue you, but you will not live longer than she will.

No bedside manner at all, this doctor is very uncaring, hard and rough.
