Dr. Eileen Frances Herbert, MD

Dr. Herbert works part-time and is never there. You have to wait at least 6 months to see her and then the last 3 of my appointments she cancelled right beforehand after waiting month and I had to wait months again after SHE cancelled! She is not thorough at all. She gives you a few minutes of her time and doesn't ask questions or hardly even checks you. She doesn't do any testing either. Not sure how she can be a doctor at the CCF. Does not care about her patient's health.

The last time I saw this Dr. she gave me 5 minutes of attention then scooted me out the door. Recently, I tried to make an appointment (after over 2 years!) and she now has a gatekeeper nurse whose job it is to try to keep people from being able to make appointments. This person told me to go to the ER for an issue that was completely not an emergency-level issue. She refused to allow me to make an appointment with Dr. Herbert, who at the time, was my primary care doctor. Truly a disgusting experience. Needless to say, she is no longer my primary care doctor.

Dr. Eileen Herbert is an exceptional physician. Her knowledge base is outstanding. She has a wonderful bed side manner, and takes time with her patients. I would and have highly recommended her to family and friends. Thank you Dr. Herbert for everything you have done for me.

The worst physician I have ever had the misfortune to visit. She is uncaring, rude, and didn't really care. Keep away from her
