I can not tell you how fortunate I am to have been matched (via Insurance) with Dr. Eileen Janec. After being in remission for 13 years, I recently became very sick with ulcerative colitis during Covid. Dr.Janec was immediately responsive and reactive to my health issues, she took great care with me with a 'lets see what is going on and get you better' attitude. After test and procedures, she also found me a top specialist to care for my particular condition while continuing her own specialty focus on how she can help me heal. If you are looking for a focused informed doctor that knows what she is doing and helps find other doctors that can also help you recover and maintain your illness, SHE IS THE ONE. PS. She does smile and she is sensitive, she is also takes her work seriously in finding out what is wrong and what she can do to help and frankly that is the most important quality I am looking for in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Janec

I've been going to Dr. Janec for a few years now. She knows her stuff, but she and her staff are the worst with time management and communication. I needed a prescription resent and it took me 2 days to get someone to take care of it. Really bad.

This picture is probably the only time you will ever see this woman smiling. Anyone can have a bad day but I've seen her multiple times and each time I was met with the same awful demeanor. God forbid you should try to crack a joke or be warm. You'll just me met with that same cold death stare. She has a very nice staff and I can only hope she treats them better than her patients or working there would be a nightmare. She's also rather sloppy. My discharge paperwork stated the risks of the medication she prescribed were discussed with me but they were not. I had to Google it myself. She might be a competent doctor but her extreme lack of bedside manner makes appointments with her highly unpleasant.

Doc was extremely tardy and incomplete in giving feedback on test results, which I assume were adequately accomplished.

Dr. Janec provided me with an excellent care. She is very thorough and referred me to additional doctors and procedures to find out what is going on.

A very kindhearted person with a very pleasing personality. She is so knowledgeable with her profession.

Extremely competent gastroenterologist who communicates well to her patients. She is clear in her explanations and shows great concern to look at the total health of her patients. She deserves a better support staff since they are a reflection on her. Attempts to call her office are very challenging!
