Dr. Eileen Purcell Neely, MD

I am in the health care field and my husband and I were very upset when Dr Neely left the Pittsburgh area. In all the years of nursing, I have never found or met another Dr with such h compassion for medicine. She is not a 10 min treat em street em Dr! She takes her time and incorporates the family in the patient's plan of care. Best Dr I ever had the pleasure of meeting and caring for my family. Pittsburgh misses you Doc!!!!!!

Ever since she had left the Pittsburgh PA area, many of her former patients including myself never found another PCP like her. She had set a high standard for patients and many are unable to downgrade themselves. I have tried 3 other PCPs and none of them came close to her. Never had a thorough exam after she left, only 20 minutes, few questions and was told that I had a physical :(. Hamburg PA area people you cannot find a better doctor, highly recommended! She even calls her patients evenings, night times and even while having vacation!!!!

i have moved away from the pittsburgh area and have since lived in 3 different metropolitan areas in 3 different states and have yet to find a doctor who approaches dr. neely in level of concern and knowledge combined.

She diagnosed my mother's cancer early and saved her life. She always spends a lot of time with me and I have recommended her to several of my friends. She is the most knowledgeable Dr. I know and has the bedside manner of a saint. I have cried on her shoulder and have been in awe of her ability to deduce what the real problem is. If you have to wait in her waiting room you know it is because she spends so much time with her patients. She has called me at home on a weekend just to check up on me. If she feels that she does not know how to best treat a problem she will send you to the best expert in Pittsburgh and sometimes make an appointment for you.

Best Doctor I have ever had, very professional and caring. I am 60 years old.
