Dr. Eileen C Turbessi, MD

Eileen Turbessi was my Mom's doctor, in Warren PA, and for 2 years misdiagnosed my Mom with gastric problems, when in fact my Mom was suffering from Ovarian cancer. It was diagnosed, when another doctor had to operate on my Mom, because her pain was so severe. She had Stage 4 Ovarian cancer. We lost her at age 77, because of the misdiagnosis.

Dr. Turbessi and her staff are excellent! I have seen Dr. Turbessi at total of 3 times in the past year and her reception woman, Maria is the sweetest and her nurse (I wish I could remember her name) is supper nice and attentive. Dr. Turbessi herself is knowlegible and easy to talk too. I would highly recommend Dr. Eileen Turbessi's office to anyone.

Dr. Turbessi is a gentle, caring and thorough doctor. I appreciate the way she really listens to you and asks the right questions, She is not afraid to refer you to a specialist if she feels it is the right way to go.

I want to the doctor for 5 years she was pretty good she never told me that I had cirrhosis of the liver she would just tell me to stop drinking but she was never definite and Her diagnosis until I was in the nursing home and only then did she see me twice today when I was complaining about that was on a soft diet and the day I was discharged moving to another facility in North Carolina it said that I had between 3 to 6 months to live and right now I'm close to living with end-stage cirrhosis stage 4 for almost three years the right now I really don't think very much of doctor granted she helped me in the beginning when I was sick with cerebral palsy and I had a little lamb and she had me to taking care of my parents but when it came to being really sick she really wasn't there for me except that one time when she thought I was having heart problems that's what she sent me to dr. Roberts and for that I am very grateful for it because I don't have heart problems but I wish she was more… open about the fact that I had the beginning of cirrhosis she never said that and fortunately it led to and state so I only have a short time to live maybe one or two more years but right now I'm happy and I want the doctor to know you. Yes I am still alive thank you

Dr Turbessi is an excellent dr. One whom cares about her patients and will actually research if she doesnt know whats going on. I wouldnt be walking today without her assistance.She is an incredible dr who is well educated ,incredible bedside manner and spends the time to figure out the problem.

DO NOT go to this doctor!!! She lets her smart mouth GED EDUCATED phone answering girl run the office. Apparently this large snott nosed smart *** thinks i should not take my prescriptions and then take it upon herself to hang up on me! Stay as far away as possible. ...1/4 STAR

Absolutely top notch medical care. She is a credit to her profession.
