Dr. Eiman Shafa, MD

He setup a phone call with me 4/27/26 talk to me about 6 minutes, send he was going to get some information about a shot I was given a year ago. Then call me that night. It 5-11 still no call back. Can’t even get him to answer my messages. Trying to get answers about my MRI.

Dr Shafa is a knowledgeable physician that knows how to communicate with his patients. He has the ability to convey complex issues in a manner that is understandable. Dr Shafa answers questions directly and in an understandable manner. While a skilled surgeon he explores less or non evasive treatments. His mannerisms are confident not arrogant. This results in a relationship that builds trust and comfort. I am glad to have him as a part of my care team. I would recommend him without reservation

Back surgery not gone according to plan, in a lot of pain at the base of the spine and the right leg. More tests to be done. We'll see about the outcome

Dr Shafa did my first back. My second and third we’re done by someone else for insurance reasons. I returned to Dr Shafa for my fourth back surgery which was my most important. I had a fusion that went bad last year and ended up with a 52 mm bend in my spine and could hardly walk. Dr Shafa put me back together. So incredibly grateful for him and his staff! Incredible people!

Dr. Shafa was highly reccommended to me by two of his former patients, whom I know. So I was confident in his expertise. As a 73 year old, I was, at first, reluctant to have surgery. At our initial meeting I found him approachable, empathetic, and most certainly, knowledgeable. At my 6 week follow-up he answered all my questions, and helped me to trust the process.
