I can't say enough good things about Dr. Janowski. She's incredibly clear in her explanations. Very importantly, she handled questions I had about my condition, its symptoms, and discrepancies I had heard from different providers with great diplomacy, clarity, and kindness. I was very grateful that she helped me understand medical complexities. Being a cancer patient is confusing; there's much to learn and her help in understanding my condition was invaluable to me.

Too much information covered in short time. Not completely explained. I became very confused. New info given provider at this time - not explained as to what or how this info could affects treatment.

She was excellent in her knowledge, presentation of procedures, and trustworthiness!

I'm very impressed with the care and convenience of Moser.

No decisions were made. Her presentation was clear and concise. It was ALL of the information on all of the possibilities, so it was a bit overwhelming to me because I hadn't been told of the surgeons treatment plans. And won't be until after surgery, so this appointment would have been more informative AFTER surgery. Very professional, not empathetic to my emotional concerns, actually told me to " not think about it." This is cancer, how can I not think about it ?!
