Unprofessional. Dr. Schwarz, like many of his colleagues, has an inability to communicate his practice policies directly to patients. I explained during a phone consultation that I was suffering from PTSD with the accompanying insomnia. Since then, Dr. Schwarz has been incommunicado with no explanation. I suspect that he is concerned about the difficulties of treating insomnia with growing government oversight of controlled substances prescriptions. If that is the case, he should have been upfront about his controlled substance policy, rather than behaving unprofessionally. When I discuss controlled substances with other branches of medicine, the doctors in these fields have been direct about their willingness or refusal to prescribe. Dr. Schwarz should accord the same respect to his patients.

His dangerous SSRIs and Antidepressants caused me Akathesia, insomnia, homicidal ideation, and more. Stay away from this guy! I am weaned off this garbage for good and done with his fraudulent addictive practices. It feels great to find myself again after this dance with death.
