Went to Dr. Kamboj today. They got me in and out. He is very thorough

One of the worst Experiences I've had. Not the doctor himself. His staff. The most rude people I have ever met. They refuse to give me my test results .. They told me I CAN'T HAVE THEM. Then they made me wait for an hour and still did not give them to me. Ridiculous. IT IS MY RIGHT TO HAVE MY RECORDS .

I needed to get an EKG done to get clearance for surgery ASAP. I got an appointment 90 minutes form the time I called. It was my first appointment with him. I everyone was really nice and I was done within an hour. ??

I was being treated for congested heart failure for 10 months with no positive results. Previous doctor had told me I needed a defibrillator. I went to Dr. Kamboj for a second opinion and within a week I was feeling better. Within 2 weeks I lost over 30 lbs in fluid retention and my heart function went from 15% to 25%. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great doctor and will follow his medical advise. I am very grateful to have been referred to him or I would possibly be walking around with a device in me that was not needed and unable to be removed.

I have been to Dr. Kamboj's office 3xs now. The nurses are nice but, could do better. You hear a lot of gossip while sitting in the waiting room and they are not quite on top of your appointment. However, do not let them ruin your impression on Dr. Kamboj. He is sincere, listens to you, give you all the time you need, educates you, dresses nice, apologetic if running late, and talks to you like your buddies. Nice waiting room, clean office.

Worst staff I have ever dealt with!!

I'M SAD TO HAVE TO BE MISTREATED BY THE HORRIBLE FRONT DESK LADIES TO SEE SUCH A GOOD DOCTOR. MY FIRST VISIT TO SEE HIM WAS YESTERDAY AND I WAS SO TURNED OFF BY THE 2 HOUR WAIT BUT BEFORE THAT A 20 MINS HOLD TO GET DIRECTIONS TO THE OFFICE BECAUSE WE WERE LOST. THE FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE CONFUSED, UNORGANIZED & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I THINK THE DOCTOR SHOULD MAYBE PAY A LITTLE BETTER TO GET BETTER HELP. #CUSTOMERSERVICE IS KEY.

They are very unorganized. Staff is unwelcoming at times, rude, and unprofessional arguing and/or scolding one another and complaining. Does not call when they say they are so you have to always follow up. If results need to be faxed to other doctor, make sure you double check once in awhile because they are not good at contacting and communicating with each other within the office. Waited a month, and Dr did not receive my results from his other office until I did a follow up appointment for another reason and asked about it. Asked couple times how much it'll be and when will I get billed, and been told repeatedly that they'll send me the bill. It's been 3 months and nothing. Finally asked the Dr, after knowing my final results, how much will all this be because I haven't been billed. He looked at me in shock. He did not even know I was not paying for all the visits and sleep studies this whole time. Now I'm concerned if they'll screw up my bill as well. Dr seems to always be in a… hurry. Does not ask if you have any questions or concerns. But If you do have questions or concerns, make sure you write it down ahead of time because once he leaves the room, good luck on trying to ask him or even the staff. If you have appointment, make sure you call ahead to double check which office. Because twice I was told Eastern office but if I hadn't called to double check, I would have wasted my time because come to find it, they wanted me to go to the Buffalo one instead.

Dr. Kamboj is a medical professional that exhibits extensive medical knowledge in his specialized profession. He is a straight-forward kind of doctor which I appreciation. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kamboj for 12years, he's always been Straight to the point, he's gotten my blood pressure down and I came off of two medications ,my son and mother also see him ! Very good doctor! Thank Dr. Kamboj
