Dr. Ejike Celestine Onyeador, MD

I've taken my children to Dr. Onyeador for years. Dr. Onyeador and his associates are great. My issue is with the from office. In the past couple of years it has been harder and harder to get someone on the phone during regular office hours. Messages left will only sometimes get a call back. A couple of times after not being able to contact the office, I have walked in and found many people in the front who seem to be just sitting around

He is a very good DR

The doctors don't seems to care about putauality. When returning from their lunch break they return 30 minutes later than the schedule time.

Dr. Onyeador was the doctor assigned to my daughter in the hospital after She was born. After a nurses high recommendatin my husband and I decided we'd like him to be our daughters pediatrician. The nurse had mentioned his office wasn't so great but he was a good enough Dr that didn't really matter. So we take my daughter in for her week check up the waiting room was beyond packed. However since I had a newborn they brought us into the back and the Dr was there to see us in about 1 minutes or so. He did her check up determined she looked a little jandice. He let us know someone would be in shortly to take her temp and weight then they would provide us with The info to the lab we would need to take her to have her bilirubin levels tested and he would call us with the results later that evening. We ended up waiting for nearly 30 min in the room for someone to cone weigh her finally I went out and asked How much longer. I was told someone accidentally took her chart to the front and I… should have come out sooner. We ended up being there for over an hour. Took her to The lab where we waited another hour in a waiting room with sick people. The doctor office called us around 4:30p letting us know Wed have to go back the following day to just go in to the same lab. I called back 3 minutes later to make sure the lab would have an order for the blood work. I was transferred to an answering service who said the office staff went home early if it was an emergency she could page the Dr. The Dr called us a while later and let us know the office should have sent the order into the lab and he's sorry they didn't let us know that. Ofcourse the next day I called the lab before going down there and they had no blood work order for my daughter. In the end I do think Dr onyeador is a good doctor (hard to understand but good) his office is just terrible and I will not be taking my daughter back.

Dr. Onyeador, has been a fantastic Pediatric for my children. My son age 14, is the oldest of my two chilodren. Both have seen Dr. O since they were born. I have no bad reviews for him. In the contrary, he has made a huge difference in the health of my two children. I am willing to wait to see him because is a GREAT doctor.

Dr Onyeador is very kind but don't expect to see him in the office. Wait times are long and the waiting room is usually crowded and uncomfortable.
