Every visit with Dr. EKTA THAKOR PATEL was emotionally draining and uncomfortable. Instead of feeling supported, I felt judged and dismissed. Her tone was often abrasive, making it hard to express concerns without feeling talked down to. I left each appointment feeling worse, not better. I sincerely wish her well, but I won’t be returning and do not recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate or professional care.

Dr. Patel is compassionate, attentive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I felt genuinely cared for.

Do everyone a favor Ms Patel and find yourself a real calling. This job definitely is not for unstable, hysterical individuals that can’t handle inquisitive, thinking patients. The rudest provider out there. I had to file my first complaint in my entire 15-year medical history.

Patel is rude and has rushed me every time we have spoken. When I asked to take a mono test after having ambiguous results, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and said “I don’t know why you’re so fixated on this”. She proceeded to call me by the wrong name at the end of the call after contradicting herself multiple times about mono stats. Do your job lady and stop acting like I’m your inconvenience.

I've had visits with Dr. Patel twice and her bedside manner is not good. Both times I've felt that she doesn't care about me or is empathetic. In my visit today she tried to write my issue off and was rushing. I will be looking for a new assigned doctor.

Instead of helping me she is blaming me from the mistake other doctor’s made. I went to Scotts Valley Kaiser and the doctor said I have to go to kaiser hospital near my area to get some ultrasound, no orders and request made,which I find it odd because doctor’s will always send a request for every lab work.NO KAISER hospital in my area. Went to the community hospital in my area and was told to call kaiser to request for an order. Ms.Patel told me to go the emergency, emergency department is full pack of covid patient plus I’m not dying for emergency doctor to see me ASAP,I was also denied since again my condition is not severe. Clearly Ms.Patel really have no intention of helping people like me, she just order the request because she is required to do so but before requesting one she is lecturing me and keep on saying communication problem,blaming me. I understand english, I speak English and I’m not a dummy.

Quick to prescribe meds and not get down to a real diagnosis. Also rushes you through your appointment and will blatantly tell you she doesn't have time for all your problems

I visited Dr. Patel one month ago and she was a truly caring person. She had a genuine concern for my soul as well as my physical symptoms. Dr. Patel and the staff helped solve my physical problems, which were possibly caused by my emotional state due to the recent passing of my wife..... All in all, I believe she is a wonderful person as well as doctor
