Elaina Krumholz, PA-C

I am a Wisconsin native and completed my PA education at Carroll University in Waukesha, with a majority of my clinical rotations being in the greater Milwaukee area. I am passionate about preventative care and have special interests in women’s health, behavioral health, and weight management. Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy fitness, traveling, attending concerts and music festivals, and spending time with family & friends.As a physician assistant, I aim to provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on strong communication and active listening. My goal is to optimize control of chronic health conditions and discuss recommendations for preventative healthcare, while working with my patients to develop a treatment plan that addresses their concerns and meets their individual needs.
