Horrible communications and follow up. Doctor stuck up for office staff who said they had called me with lab test updates, but nothing on caller ID or in voicemail. This happened multiple times. My file was filled with mistakes over and over again. Leaving your patient for 4 additional days without notification of lab results and critical prescription changes, resulting in 3 weeks of being ill and on more meds, missing work, etc, while requiring multiple visits for ever single thing they can divide up to make$$$ on office calls, is unacceptable and unethical. Done with them. They have in house rules to get to you for as many appts as possible and then take DAYS to follow up directly with you on lab results, even though they had them for at least two full days. This happened twice. And this is from someone who is rarely sick. All smoke and mirrors. Looks good, sounds good...at first but care and caring were not the priority.
