Great podiatrist — caring and smart.

Impudent and rude staff who made me wait FORTY MINUTES in an empty waiting room to pick up medication which they sell in their office. No one could help me during a lunch break. When a medical office doesn't post lunch break times and says to come in during office hours, it is completely wrong to keep a patient/customer waiting. If the office serves as a retailer, then SERVICE THE CUSTOMER. Ms. M was incredibly arrogant and not service oriented. Too bad staff ruins a doctor's reputation. Well, good job, Ms. M. You lost a host of potential patients and did your boss a great disservice. No patient should ever be treated in this manner.

Both of my parents went to her and really like her work. I just went to her on Tuesday & also like her work. I am allergies to codine

Dr, Alicakos is a wonderful, caring doctor. I truly don't mind coming to see her. She takes the time to listen to you issues. And she has a great bedside manner. Her smile is contagious. Most importantly she remembers you and you feel as if she is concerned about YOU. All in all she is great. So if you need a podiatrist consider her. You will not be disappointed.

Very positive from the moment I arrived for my appointment, efficient sign in procedure (did NOT need to complete new paper work, only had to review and sign previous info). Xray in house and professional thru and thru!

After working with Dr. Alicakos for over a year, I can confidently say that the vast majority of her patients are ones who really trust her and are eager to compliment her care and the practice. Recently I myself was experiencing foot pain of an unknown origin, so during a free moment she was able to take a quick look and determine the cause almost instantly. After following her advice, my foot was feeling better within just two days and a pair of new shoes later! Would definitely recommend.
