I really enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Berman. She was very helpful in getting to the bottom of my problem and helping me establish healthy boundaries in my life. I enjoyed all of our sessions and felt that she gave me very helpful tools and advice to help me work through my issues. I highly recommend her.

I found Dr. Berman to be easy to talk to and very helpful. I had a lot of "baggage" and other issues. She helped me see things from a totally different perspective. Relaxed atmosphere, enjoyed my sessions quite a lot. Highly recommend her.

Saw Dr. Berman in 2012 - pretty good appointments. Went back the beginning of 2014, wanting to focus on my anxiety. Many times she asked, "What would you do?" If I knew what to do, I wouldn't be wasting my time. I was looking for some guidance. On one visit, I asked her focus; in other words, her preferred direction style. Her response was, "eclectic," in other words, per patient. I finally stopped seeing her as I wasn't getting anything out of the sessions. Haven't seen a therapist since.
