Dr. Elaine Shirley Carlitz, MD

Dr. Elaine Carlitz is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who has dedicated over four decades to women's healthcare. She earned her medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, building her expertise on a foundation of excellent medical training. With 41 years of clinical experience, Dr. Carlitz has developed comprehensive skills in caring for women throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Carlitz practices at multiple locations across the Bay Area, including Kaiser Permanente facilities in Antioch, Walnut Creek, and Oakland, as well as Highland Hospital in Oakland and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. Her extensive practice network allows her to serve women in Antioch, Alamo, Oakland, and Walnut Creek. She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health needs throughout their lives.
