Dr. Elaine Remmers Cook, MD

Dr. Elaine is a very thoughtful, caring, and compassionate doctor. She is very concerned and patient. She always has time to explain her procedures and listen to the concerns of her patients.

I'd give her 0 stars if I could. The treatment she suggested was all about money and not about safety. I know other people that have gone to her and found the same issue.

From what I saw on commercials I thought this would really be the miracle place for my skin. But no, she doesn't listen or want to help she just gives you pills and sells you some face wash that doesnt even do anything for your skin. She is rude and acts bothered when you try to tell her any any of your concerns. And her staff isn't to pleasant either. Very dissapointed i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Cook is a wonderful doctor! And all her products are just as wonderful! She has taken great care of my skin problems. Her new skin barrier has really helped my hands! It's a great product. It helped my skin better then prescription medicine did. I would highly recommend it! In fact all her skin products are great! Dr Cook takes great care of you!

Dr. Cook has been my dermatologist for several years, and I have always been happy with her. She listens to me, and always tells me what is wrong and what I can do about it. She answers my questions. Plus she is so nice! The staff is friendly and I would definitely recommend her.

The staff is NOT courteous or friendly. They are the opposite. The receptionist needs to get a job that doesn't deal with people. Doctor and staff seemed defensive about answering questions re possible side effects. This is part of the process! Whoever wrote that you don't cross paths with other patients must either be a family friend or just out of it. You sit in the waiting room with others, and you leave through the front door while others are there. Doctor was most disrespectful I have been to in decades. Her staff reflect this. And she is providing a luxury service! There are other very talented dermatologists. Go to one of them. Don't drink the Kool-Aid.

I credit Dr. Cook for saving my life and continuing to do so:) She is the best!

Very professional office and Dr Elaine the best!

The office staff is very professional. They call me by name as I walk in the door. I rarely cross paths with other patients which makes the experience more comfortable and confidential. The products and services are often on sale making it very economical. Dr Cook doesn't push you into things and she will tell you if you don't need something you think you need. This makes me feel that she truly has her patients best interest in mind.
