Dr. Elaine Cecilia Dresbach, MD

AWESOME! I didn't have much hope anymore after seeing other doctors that shouldn't even be working with people's mental health. So I met Dr. Elaine today and she is all I have being praying for and more. Professional, kind, funny and she really listens to you. The best ever!! I am happily impressed.

Always takes the time to listen and help when the need is there. Thankful to have her!

Dr. Dresbach is a wonderful Psychiatrist. She is warm and it is obvious she cares about the patient and what they are saying. I have been to others that barely look at you and rush you through. She is genuine and it shows. I am glad she was recommended by my primary care physician, Dr. Victor Nguyen.

Sometimes she runs a little behind schedule but that's because she gives each patient the time they need. I would recommend her to anyone.

Extremely personable, not afraid to take the time to listen. Very happy!

Ive been seeing Dr. Dresbach for about 2 yrs. I suffer from Adhd, Anxiety, Panic attacks, and Depression, She is great for me cause we are about the same age and I feel like she can relate with the Chaotic Stressful world we live in!! Im a 42 yr old Mail Carrier with 3 kids and going through a Divorce. Like others have said she is very down to earth!!! For middle aged stressed out women I highly recommend her!!! You need to make your appt. A few months ahead cause she is full. I have never had a problem with her Receptionist and I feel I have the best Dr. for me. I highly recommend her to everyone I know! Thx Dr. Dresbach for being so caring as far as Im concerned your Awesome!

Can't say enough about Dr. Dresbach! She's patient, kind and caring, she listens, and works with me to modify my medications when needed. I was really desperate before coming to her as good psychiatrists in the area are really hard to find and other MD's I'd been to in her field were overmedicating me, wanting me on stuff that zonked me out completely. Now I have a life again with moderate meds and am doind much better.. it' working.. and between my Psychologist and Dr. Dresbach, I'm maintaining and not doing the huge depressions I had prior. I have a chemical imbalance and will never be meds free or really as carefree as I'd like (I'm a sexual abuse survivor, screws up your head) but thanks to Dr. D my life is MUCH better. Her staff is terrific, too... Don't know why the first few reviews were negative... Considering we are psych patients, I guess you have to consider the source, LOL. I love her!

It took calls to 3 different numbers to find her office based on the insurance company's information on her. Called and spoke with the receptionist who, when asked if she treated addiction, said no, maybe a couple of patients, but mostly eating disorders, anxiety, etc. under "specialties" is listed "addiction psychiatry". based on all the inaccuracies, i have chosen to try and find a doctor with accurate information and staff that i don't have to elaborate on the word 'addiction with. "addiction, you know, like drug and alcohol and gambling".

I have seen just about every psychiatrist in town and she is by far the best in every regard. Dr Chundu would not listen to me and i feel that dr dresbach at least trys. I am younger so I feel that I am not listened to and I am seen as a "drug seeking" personality so I have trouble getting the only rx that works for me. Other than not being able to get a single refill for my Rx she is great.

Dr. Dresback is an OK. She doesn't spend much time with her patients, however, she does seem to care. I think she just has too many patients. She seems as though she is overwhelmed and needs to see a dr. herself. Her staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE! She had one receptionist that was the sister of her practice partner that was very rude and wouldn't get anything done. Now she is on her own and at first it seemed her new receptionist was good. Now after several months and appointments later I have found that, in terms of getting things done, she is worse than the last one. From getting an appointment because she rarely answer's the phone's to even remember or caring who you are from one appointment to the next. However, there are few choices in area, so she seems to be the best choice from the pool of dr.'s in this field to choose from. Otherwise I wouldn't choose her office.
