Dr. Elaine Sofia Gertser, MD

She needs anger management classes to talk to patients and their family members specially if it is the first time talking to them and in addition to philology classes that she should have taken in school to talk to patients and their family to talk to them in a political way instead of attitude and low class way .... if your regular doctor of and intern patient and she gets a call spect attitude from her not a help at all she does not even seem to be a doctor because her answer is I am not their doctor and you ask if she is the on call doctor she answer yes but Im not that patients doctor..... with attitude and does not answer anything else .... there are ways to say it and handle things she is a doctor on call ..... if she does not like her career leave it and do something else .... she has to deal with patients and their families... so disappointed on her way of handiling things

This office never returns phone calls. Never answer their phone. If you are lucky enough to get through to them to find out about your lab results they say they will call you back and then they never do. If you express any kind of concern or a criticism about the length of the results or unresponsiveness they tell you to switch doctors.

Dr. Gertser is EXCELLENT - IF you can get past her husband/office manager. He's always too busy. Can't ask her questions. Can't schedule you in for a problem - says go to urgent care then hangs up on you. Knows nothing about insurance. Tells you to call provider to find out what's covered and where you can go. Tests are never faxed to fhe right lab - even when you provide phone & fax #s. No nurse. Dr G used to be fantastic. Needs a professional office mgr, a nurse, & more office hours.

Dr G will spend as much time as needed with you to get all necessary information and to answer all your questions. Her "interviews" are very detailed and focused to helping get the information required to properly treat you.
