After Dr. Kennedy said there was nothing wrong with my daughers ears (after she has failed 6 out of 8 different hearing tests) She said her hearing is fine, nothing is wrong, no fluids, she does NOT need tubes in her ears and even told me to return in a year if shes still not talking (shes 18 months old!!!) We ended up taking her to a local doctor, paying about $2000 out of pocket, and got the tubes in her ears. Shes not speaking "words" much, but the tubes have made a huge difference.. she now notices when you talk and actually listens instead of a blank stare. Im so glad I don't listen to idiot doctors like Dr. Kennedy.. come back in a year??? ugh!

She absolutely would not listen to a word I had to say. As a mother, it would be nice to be heard at least a little bit. All she did was put down any previous doctors my daughter had seen or any previous person who recommended I see a physician regarding our problem.She said they all probably only have high school diploma's and you can't compare that to her experience. Word to the wise, never put down colleagues! I have never been so insulted and talked down to and I have never heard a doctor speak so highly of herself.She is good at brainwashing, my husband thought she was fantastic! If hearing complete non-sense babbled to you in a real "I know it all" way, she is an awesome doctor. However if you hear the actual words coming from her mouth, you will see the truth as well, she is a lousy doctor with a great God Complex! Good luck! I will spend money out of my pocket for a second opinion as her's means nothing to me!
